Mixed-use building complex for design development. The building includes three towers, office, hotel, and residential, as well as retail areas, and an underground parking garage. Design development documents to include 3D models and 2D drawings explaining overall layout and structure; construction details; materials and cost estimates; life and safety specifications along with HVAC calculations; and any other building specific documentation deemed necessary (calculation and safety specification not included on this website)
